I’ve had the pleasure to work with Kkc on multiple projects and they are extremely professional , they care about their clients and neighbors all the same , as a local team they are able to navigate their way through the city checklists and inspection. I’d highly recommend Kkc to anyone undertaking a new build project.

We have been working with KKC Fine Homes for years now. They are great to work with. Always gives us adequate time for scheduling. Very easy to work with. Appreciate working with a local company that knows the city inspectors and building codes.

In 2017/2018, KKC built two townhomes next door to me in the Manhattan Beach Sand Section and they were constantly showing up before the allowable 7:30 a.m. start time, blocking my driveway and breaking other Manhattan Beach City construction rules. In fact, the City of Manhattan Beach cited and fined them on several occasions and they still continued their illegal and disrespectful activities on an almost daily basis.
