This beauty bar was very unsanitary. I told the nail tech ladies at this business that their equipment was dirty. I watched one lady reuse the same equipment that she used on a previous lady and on me and the previous lady had nail fungus. Please reconsider coming here. Super unsanitary and the staff are rude and dismissive. I tried to negotiate with the owner there and they just dismissed me and waved two arms telling me to go saying I was causing a scene. I'm not sure where these 4-5 stars reviews are coming from. I had the worst experience at K.Ka Beauty Health Club. I was getting a shellac manicure, and one of the girls who was doing my nails cut my cuticle off, and I was bleeding. She did not even apologize or realize that my nails were bleeding. Even though I had an appointment, the nail appointment was very rushed. I have attached a picture for you. I strongly advise against visiting K.Ka Beauty Health Club. My experience here was absolutely terrible and resulted in severe negative consequences. Not only did they worsen my existing injuries, but I also left the facility with an infection. Prior to my visit, I had received treatment from a different massage therapist who immediately noticed that the injury was caused by the services at this establishment.
