Worst after sales service. He commits everything to get you on board, but once you pay him a deposit, then you belong to him completely. He will make you beg for delivery and installation. Quality of work is the worst in the market. He does not have customer service and After Sales Service in his dictionary. He did 2 of my houses, and all are messed up.
Worst customer service Back in July when I ordered blinds ($3000) from KK3 it kept on getting delayed. Finally it got installed after 3 weeks of original date he provided, but I accepted it and didn’t raise any objections. Within a couple months, a few of motors made noises and one even stopped working. I contacted him after manually troubleshooting but he showed up after a month of complaint.
