KKH service has been extremely disappointing. Admission staff, the level of empathy and basic courtesy has been lacking. As parents, we are already physically and emotionally exhausted caring for a sick child. We are not asking to be treated like royalty — we are simply asking to be treated with kindness, patience and respect. Instead, when we try to explain our situation or ask for help, we are often cut off mid-sentence or spoken to in a dismissive manner.
