Traded in my iPhone 13 and he gave me a 12 pro max. The pro max was unusable so I went back to the shop and he gave me another 13. I traded him for the pro max and don’t have a pro max. My boyfriend brought a phone it was supposed to be a “13 pro max” but it really was a 11 pro max and his phone be on 100% and it cuts off and when it turns back on it be at 60% or 11%.
