Poor customer service & price gouging Office manager was extremely rude �are you calling to cancel or just complain because your unhappy� is her exact words when I told her I have never had a vet require another appt two weeks before neutering a dog they just saw a few months before. They consistently overcharge and scare people I to unnecessary procedures. They told me my dog could die because he ate bark!
