I arrived early for my appointment. I prefilled my insurance information when I booked online. The staff helped walk ins and I found it irritating because I had an appointment. After waiting over 30 minutes she handed me a tablet to complete a health questionnaire. I waited again. She finally met with me, only to tell me that I was out of network and I would need to pay for me eye exam and for a retinol scan. I was so annoyed. I said "Well this was a complete waste of my time.
