I am Tamara Berlyavsky, a patient of Dr. Levin not for a long time, but enough time to say: Dr. Olga Levin is able to listen and understand your problem. She is a very special doctor, who can win over the patient, create a positive relationship and explain your problems in an accessible manner. She cares and helps. Dr Olga, how her stuff lovingly calls her, is the doctor I trust and want to work with.
Bad customer service, front desk gave me attitude for calling to get my results
Office was run well and efficiently. Short waiting time. Got bloodwork done and proceeded to the examination room. Doctor asked questions about my concerns and educated me on the pros and cons of hormone therapy. Was given sample of medication to try. Will be following up.
This PA called for a tele-visit hours before the scheduled time stating that the practice just calls when they are free. What do you mean? I made an appointment which signals that you block the time off to be free at said time. What nonsense! Don’t waste your time, skip this practice! Perhaps other practices know how to respect a patients time, use a calendar and schedule.
