Buyer beware.. purchased an air fryer. Noticed that the door was cracked. It was hard to notice in store after inspection due its location. Called store less than 24hrs looking for an exchange. They will not exchange! If you’re from KW visit Nick’s liquidation (Waterloo) and/or TK homes (Cambridge). They are willing to take accountability for products and have better testing & quality checks prior to reselling in my opinion. Lost customer… Management doesn’t seem like they care.
