Spoke to Jessica and even though she wasn't able to help me with the type of policy I needed she went above and beyond to help me find someone that could. I highly recommend speaking with her.
I've been trying to contact someone for months now regarding a claim. I've left voicemails, emails, everything. No response. Apparently my claim is irrelevant to them. Absolutely ridiculous. I can now see why there is so many 1 stars. I'd give none of there was an option. And I noticed they responded to all the good reviews but didn't bother to contact anyone who had serious complaints 😂 what a joke.
I definitely do not recommend this company. They are unresponsive, lazy, and don’t seem to care about their clients. I bought liability insurance over a month ago, they can be bothered to post it on the website so the city can verify it. It’s a joke, do your self a favor and use another company. They don’t call back, I have to continue to call them back, and I have spoken to Molly, but she does not do what she says that she will do. So annoying just do not use them.
I had a very bad experience with K&K insurance company. I tried to make a claim on my wedding event cancellation because we have no guests attending. My fiance (now husband) and I moved to the city that we planned to have the wedding alone and we have no family or friends that live here. We're both middle aged and so most of our guest list is older people who don't travel very much.
