Kyle from Ken K heating did work at my house installing a furnace in my garage after he left I smelled gas on the outside of my house where he did the connections. I called him back. He has come out two separate times to try to fix the leaks. It is still leaking and he told me he would be back out after he healed up from an accident. Never called never came out I called back and now I am blocked from his cell phone.
Very lucky that we found K&K Heating and Cooling in our search for a new high efficiency furnace and central air. Kyle answers his phone and is very quick to respond as well as very knowledgeable. Any question was answered in detail. He shows up on time and is courteous. Most importantly, K&K does great work at a very fair price. We recommend K&K.
