Love this place great and amazing workers!
I had a great experience with this body shop. The office staff was professional, kept me informed every step of the way, and pricing very reasonable.
They talked down to me during every interaction and never quote the price up front. Then when you come to pick up, the price is always higher and they give a weak explanation at best. Save your time and money.
Back in May of 2023. I was traveling from Michigan to Texas. I hit a deer in Ohio. The cop gave me some suggestions on getting a tow and repairs. I chose KK it was closer to where I was. It seemed like a long time as I had my 2 dogs with me but I think they got to me in a 4-5 hour time frame which is understandable considering it was early in the morning and before they opened when it happened. Had the good fortune of working with Allan when I needed help diagnosing and repairing an oil leak caused by another company. He is a great mechanic and a better guy, and made sure I got back out on the road safely. Highly recommend his services and KK Collision.
