O stars. I hired Kyle to do my backsplash. First thing that turned my wife off was he brought someone else to do the job. He did not drop any lines to keep the tile on plane. The next day he left the job and my son and I spent 3 hours removing the grout off of the tile, my cabinets, the walls, etc... Kyle never followed up to make sure everything went ok.
