never a clean towel in sight. they took the attachments off the hoses so this is what you get to vacuum with. i checked multiple stalls and they were all like this. how is this dump still in business?
The manager has my number and has had it for over a week. I gave him plenty of time and now I’d like to be contacted about the extensive damage to my car. He needs to contact me tomorrow. (May 19th, 2025) The manager never contacted me and I still had to chase him down myself. They won’t fix the extreme damage to my car. My car is starting to rust now from the paint and primer that was ripped off of it from this wash.
Paid $40 for the platinum membership. The car had no waxing done to it, windows, tires, side mirrors and grill are still filthy, the blast wash for the bottom never happened. They refused to refund. Which is sad because I paid for a platinum wash and even if it were a basic I’d still call it a bad deal. I did see some foam on the car as we went through but my guess is the equipment is too old to work properly or they are intentionally giving bad car washes.
Air station never works. Seems to be broken 75% of the time. Has even failed on me halfway through doing all my tires.
1/16/2025 @ 1:50 p.m. the young man working is a one man show and is awesome. Never seen an employee work this hard since we have been using this car wash since it opened. Thank you.
