Huge mice issue and with no interest in doing anything about it. I assume since they’re so close to college housing and small restaurants they get a lot of mice but the fact that they know they have an issue and won’t give a warning or say really anything is what bothered me. The unit is not enclosed (retractable door is not flush to the wall) which makes it very easy for them to get in. Im not the only person this has happened to. They go above and beyond any storage unit rental I've ever had.

No office or bathrooms on site so rental has to be done over the phone and via email, unless you go to their off-site offices. Unit itself was clean. Plowing job left a lot to be desired... lil cars beware.🤣
