I have a very bad experience by hiring KJ’s Handyman Service did my home repair and maintenance from 6/18/2018 to 6/20/2018. The initial quoted price was $1740, when the work was started the first day on 6/18/2018, Steve (Ken’s daddy) with another person was working onsite. I found the woods on the crown was rotten, and replacing only one piece of wood, caulking and painting the crown on the initially quoted would not help. " Bill" was fantastic, he fixed every thing on our daughter, Traci's list. What a very nice, professional man. I asked if he worked outside the state as in MI. b/c we had water damage & because of that ServPro had to remove the paneling & the sheetrock 2 sections. Sadly Bill said no, he could not travel outside IN. He is grt. Traci is our daughter, we are her parents visiting from MI for her birthday
