Had a minor issue with an outlet that I couldn't solve with my nonexistent electrical knowledge. Ken answered the phone and instead of gouging me with a charged visit he walked me through a unique problem over the phone, resolved it and told me issues to look for in the future. Great to get some good honest service from friendly people, thanks Ken.

Ken was a saviour lost all power to a screwed up circuit I called him at about 9pm he tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and when that didn’t work he was there first thing in the morning, he was able to find the problem, fixed it and was extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling him for future work.
While painting the lights in my bathroom went out. Then we discovered all the lights in all the bathrooms went out. It was around 8pm on a Saturday night so I waited until Sunday. I didn't call right away but waited until 12:00. Ken asked me a few questions to see if he could diagnose the problem. He couldn't so he said he would be over around 1:30.
