I was away on a weekend trip and got a call from my tenant with an electrical issue and he was quite distressed. I called Ken late on a Saturday evening and he was quick to respond and get in touch with my tenant, and was able to solve the issue that evening. I also had a breaker issue the week before, and instead of charging me for an entire visit he was able to help solve the issue over the phone. Highly recommend for great service with honest and fair prices.
Excellent Service
I called because my microwave kept tripping the breaker and I thought it was an issue with the breaker. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone walked me through what I had to do, and explained it was nothing to do with the breaker, but the microwave itself. "Yes' I need to replace my microwave, but because of his help and explanation over the phone, I didn't need a pointless call out for him and be charged for it. Thank you!
