Ken is a lifesaver. Bought a new home, and the DAY BEFORE I moved I checked the house out… and the breaker had tripped and I lost heat during one of the coldest nights in years (-30). Ken was a great help, we had a problem with a hardwired smoke detector that was failing and going off repeatedly. We had been out of town and came home to the alarm going off. He was able to secure a replacement detector and came to the house on a Saturday afternoon to fix the problem. Great guy, very helpful and informative.
Called Ken late on a Wednesday evening during a bad snowstorm no less when we discovered that we had an extremely hot, malfunctioning 200 amp disconnect in our basement. He spent a free half hour or so on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot and then came over when there was no clear resolution.
