Not all jet brokers are created equal! Due to the incompetence of another jet broker, I was informed I was to be left stranded for over 6 hours while an alternate flight was sorted. In my moment of panic and frustration, a colleague of mine recommended I contact Camille at KJR to see if there were any other alternatives. Within 30 mins, she arranged for another aircraft which happened to be at a different FBO 15 min away - and I was in the air shortly after. Highly recommended.
