We are so impressed with Karen's company KJK Cleaning. Today was our first clean with Karen and she did an amazing job! She was great with our puppy and the house was so lovely to come home to. Communication was easy, as was expressing our wishes for the clean, and we look forward to having Karen come again. Definietly recommend! Thanks Karen :)
Warning people, avoid this company at all costs. Karen Smith takes your money and then doesnt show up with no warning or notice until 3-4 days later. Karen Smith is so unreliable that she couldnt even bring herself to come to the initial meet and greet before she cleaned my house. I should have known then how unreliable she was and is. Anyone can call themselves a cleaner and she couldnt even do that properly. She was constantly cancelling or not turning up at all with all sorts of poor excuses days later and now she has kep... read more
