I have been a member of KJ Fitness since its inception over 5 years ago. It’s the perfect place for small group work outs. I used to go to larger gyms where I felt like a number rather than part of a fitness family as I do at KJ Fitness. There is a great variety of classes taught by exceptional instructors. The clientele are also exceptional. We motivate each other with the same goals in mind. The owner is passionate about fitness and it shows in how she treats each client. Love this studio! So many variety of classes! All the instructors are really good and really nice! Always accepts song and workout requests! Social distancing, masks and multiple sanitizing stations! So safe!
