Best shop experience I’ve had very kind people and service they got my vehicle done fast and at a reasonable and great price they don’t sell you stuff you don’t need and if they run into a problem they call you and explain it and ask what you would like to do as where some shops just go and do it and add it to your bill they ask and give you great prices I will definitely be taking my business here from now on. Very stand up and honest people we need more shops and people like them
My wife and I were driving back from Minnesota on a very frigid winter Saturday night, when my wheel bearing died, 200 miles from home. KJB Auto Repair was a godsend. They were the only shop open on a Sunday morning. Mike and Melissa did an absolutely fantastic job getting the part and getting it installed. From the time the tow truck dropped off the car, we were back on the road in less than 2 hours.
Giving a 1 star because they got me in the day my car broke down. Should have been my cue not to go. After 5 days I left the shop with a car that was not fixed. It got to the point I’d rather a tow truck come instead of them continuing to “fix” it. She called me names, was horrible at communication although she expected me to read her mind, and wasn’t able to describe what they were doing and the price connected to it. I hope they can do better for you, but I wouldn’t put it past them to treat you the same.
Very poor service, they said it was fixed 4 times and it’s still not fixed. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
