My sister and I visi several weeks ago and the customer was the worst I've ever experienced. We lest a tip, but apparently it wasn't to their liking and the gentleman who did my sister's massage went off on a tangent, yelling at us in front of customers and showing us a clipboard with the previous client's tips on it. Tips are complimentary, not mandatory. Talk about unprofessional and ungrateful.
