Set up an appointment for an estimate, no one showed. We called 2 hours after the appt was scheduled and was told "oh the tech can't make it, we can reschedule." Set up a second appointment, waited one hour after appt time, called multiple times, left a VM and left a chat message asking where our tech is and if he is coming. Nonresponsive. We have now taken two days off of work to be home for these appointments. Truly unprofessional.
