KJ is an awesome gym. I had never done an crossfit class before and their coaches made sure I understood each exercise and helped me make adjustments to meet me at my level. Every workout is unique and keeps you on your toes. If you are consistent the changes in strength are noticeable and fast. Every coach i’ve trained with has been motivational and educational. I only use it as a pick-up spot for clean eatz meal prep. Very convenient and accessible its a time saver for sure.

Great coaches. Owner is professional, sharp and on top of communication. Coaches are welcoming and inviting. Clean and organized gym with a lot of great members.
