This time was an oil change and to check out the used car I just bought. As always very professional and let me know what needed to be taken care of right away and what could wait. Highly recommend. The funny thing is that the first time I went in, I had an oil change and they told me that I needed brakes done ASAP because a caliper was hanging up(I think that was what he said). Kyle and Jason are great. Honest, thorough and affordable. They have a new location that’s easy to find, and I encourage everyone in Michiana to check out K&J Automotive for all types of vehicle care.
Watch for hidden fees. Received a quote, after they reached out to see if I needed work (starting to make sense as to why). The quote included $500 for brakes and rotors on a 20 yr old car, which I pointed out as a 3X markup, and gave several quotes for the same or better parts. They try to justify this by saying that it's part of a warranty service, which was never mentioned, meaning I would never be able to use it.
