I brought a friend here to introduce him to their amazing Ramen, as a belated Birthday gift. He ended up treating me for my own Birthday (a few days from his) since he wanted to give a gift and wasn't sure what to give. We ended up sitting and chatting for a while and the staff was very intent on not interrupting us, it was very sweet. It was my friend's and my first time hanging out outside of the bar scene, and it was all around great. He was instantly in love with the Garlic Tonkotsu!
I had the special black garlic ramen. It was good. But, I can’t tell if my tastebuds are failing me or, the broth base is tasting like the unfiltered water. There was just an extra after taste that seemed similar to the water. I think they have something if they invest in a good filtration system, and maybe a thicker broth with less water flavor as well. Overall it was a friendly spot to come to. Just a couple random tweaks to help hopefully.
