The food is absolutely outstanding! Today was my second time coming to this location, last week was my first. I was absolutely in love with the food & I was bragging about it with my family & friends! I didn't know what to get at first so I went with the popular choice, the garlic tonkotsu & a melon ramune soda. Had impressively bad service. Came in as a larger party so expectations were not set high. We all asked for waters and didn't receive them until our food came out. But we did receive an extra taro milk tea when an extra was made after only one was made when we had ordered 2. We were also confused. I ordered the tempura bowl special with rice and pointed to it on the menu, I received a plate of plain tempura. To go order food was amazing. I love the takeout bags you provide also. Put me in a great mood lol Only thing negative is management was having a meeting with an employee about behavior or something like that right by the front door, talking in a moderately loud voice so everyone can listen to, a bit unprofessional.
I honestly really dislike how you never fill the container. Is it so difficult for yall?
