Eric from Kizer Electric was so responsive and supportive! In the afternoon, we lost half the power in our home for some unknown reason. I called several electricians but they all said they could not come out that day. Eric, however, came out, even after his normal work hours. He was able to diagnose what the problem was not (i.e. not tripped circuit breakers, etc) and finally realized only 120/4 volts was coming into the house (it should be 120/120 volts). He recommended call PG&E and say it was an emergency. PG&E corrected... read more
