Took my car in here because it wouldn't crank. They gave me the runaround saying they short staff and we'll keep you updated. Then I was told it was the fuel pump and I was like ok. They also put straps on the gas tank because it was rusty. The job initially cost $980 now being the straps were added brought it to $1200. I towed my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV to kizer auto repair in May, they "diagnosed it" with a computer, a test drive, and a physical inspection. I was told that the catalytic Converters were bad and that it would cost 2,500$ to fix. on that note I found a reputable exhaust shop willing to replace the Converters for 860$. I finally saved up enough money to do the job, while driving home, my vehicle broke down Again! Same symptoms as before, I am very upset that I listened to anything that Kizer told me!
