I love coming here for my facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures! The service is always amazing, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The complimentary drinks are a lovely touch—the matcha is delicious! Amy is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
Top notch! A guy in desperate need of a haircut, came out feeling like a new guy! Krystle is a fantastic stylist.
If you need to get your brows and lashes tinted this is your place. I’ve been to many different places in Nanaimo for it and they’re the best for price AND quality AND service. Lash tinting can be painful but I’ve never been in and had them not take care of me super well. The ladies here are always super nice, and I’m always decently satisfied when I come out after my appointment. I can’t speak on the hairstyling side of things but the spa side is great!
Crystal is some kind of literal earth angel/hair whisperer! Not only did she hold the most comfortable space for me but her cut was bang on, exactly what I wanted (& I’m very particular). Her thoughtful accommodations to my sensory sensitivities and general anxiety left an impression with me that I won’t forget.
