Communication is very disappointing. Expected delivery in Mid April. Nothing showed up, no email or message. Tried to call, no answer. Chased up again and again. Told the container was held by customs- not a super common issue on outbound containers I have been told by a freight forwarder in Auckland, and no update. Getting concerned that my delivery is never going to arrive. Was told an email from customs would be forwarded to me and have not seen anything at all. JUST ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE

I got kiwi shipping to freight some parts from the USA to NZL. The Batch of parts went well. Super fast pick up and delivery to NZL. The second batch of parts was going well until US customs decided to pick on the container and take every box in a box apart. One of my items got lost. I informed Kiwi shipping of the problem. I am writing this because of what happened next. They ordered another item for me. That came wrong. Then they ordered another item. That came damaged. The four-time we finally got it right. Good shipping company if you have brought something in the states and want to ship it home without getting stung with large postal fees. I shipped a deck for my ride on and saved approx a third of the cost of buying it locally. The web site has a calculator to estimate your costs. It wasnt working when I tried recently but send Chrissy an email and she will give all the costs including fumigation.
