I'm not sure why but I had a bad experience with the owner; he was unprofessional and discourteous. Other options have fit the bill without the drama.
Took a while with customs issues. A little better communication would be great. Ended fine.
Communication is very disappointing. Expected delivery in Mid April. Nothing showed up, no email or message. Tried to call, no answer. Chased up again and again. Told the container was held by customs- not a super common issue on outbound containers I have been told by a freight forwarder in Auckland, and no update. Getting concerned that my delivery is never going to arrive. Was told an email from customs would be forwarded to me and have not seen anything at all. JUST ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE
I got kiwi shipping to freight some parts from the USA to NZL. The Batch of parts went well. Super fast pick up and delivery to NZL. The second batch of parts was going well until US customs decided to pick on the container and take every box in a box apart. One of my items got lost. I informed Kiwi shipping of the problem.
