Had a large sofa cleaned plus the tile/grout in kitchen and great room. The sofa went from having a minor amount of dirt to being uniformly dingy. Also, the fabric now feels stiff. And the tile??? I could have done the same job with a Swifter wet mop. The grout was exactly the same. Technician was such a poor communicator, I gave up trying to get him to understand that the dark areas of grout were still dirty.
After getting ghosted once and having to call to reschedule, the guy shows up and tells me there’s another service that needs to be done that about doubles the price of the original quote. Told them I cancelled due to damage on the couch but in truth it was due to shady pricing on the companies end. I clearly I explained the couch had a heavy dog odor and not once did they suggest the disinfectant service that the cleaner offered once he arrived. This place of business is unbelievable. Poor communication as far as pricing. They have an answering service who gives me a price of $89 to steam clean my couch& love seat, & then when technician gets here he wastes so much time talking about different prices& coupons& I'm like what??. Gives me a price of $346. You've got to be kidding me. Deceiving& misleading& gives false prices.
We had the best experience with the team that came to service our office today, they clean the air duct and also the dryer vent for a very good price, thank you Kiwi Services!
This company Did carpet cleaning for me. I wasn't even home for half the time and they were trustworthy enough to do the deed without me being there. They have the professionalism and the trustworthiness, so for that i give them five stars.
