I called around to get a quote, the only reason why I decided to go with KIWI is because of the turn around time. I was told it usually took one week to clean it and it would be back in no time. I asked about the payment and was assured the payment would be asked for one day before the rug was cleaned and returned. I also scheduled the latest pick up time and the lady and I agreed after 6pm. Technician arrived and tried to charge me double what I was quoted.
Picked up and returned my rug clean as if it was new! It is a thicker shag rug that my dog had her way with and they took care of it no problem. Best part is they pick up and deliver for free! I would definitely recommend.
