“Lost” my rugs. I called Kiwi, got a quote over the phone, and made arrangements for pickup. An employee came to my house, took the two rugs, and left me a receipt. Great Job!
Always efficient and complete. We have had them back year after year!! When one carpet had a need of repair ( a tear), they had everything on the truck to complete the work.
