I would give zero stars if possible and would never recommend Kiwi Services to anyone! The first crew was a disaster! They didn’t cover any of the appliances and proceeded to ruin the stainless steel finishes. Elizabeth wouldn‘t take calls and was no help. They only offered to refund the cleaning costs. I am now left to replace the appliances on my own. This company is not worth the time and trouble to hire. Look elsewhere for a more reputable cleaning company!
We have had Kiwi Carpet Cleaning services several times and even more often during the last 6 months. They are always available to come out on days and times of our preference based on our availability. The service provider has been professional in their communication and efficient in getting t job done. We will continue to use Kiwi, especially at their low cost.
I've used Kiwi for more than 10 years!! They are so flexible, helpful, reasonable and professional doing EVERYTHING in my home. Carpet cleaning, upholstry cleaning, pillow cleaning, carpet stretching. And their warranty program is the reason I do it. Anytime a little spill or something happens, or after a party or accident, they come right back out and make them fresh as new! I will NEVER use anyone else but Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services!!!
