Started out good but ended badly. I started by searching for carpet cleaners, I saw Kiwi Services which cleaned your carpet and could actually perform repairs. I had some carpet that needed to be stretched and racked back down, great (not). I called to get an estimate, told the lady one the phone exactly what I needed. The lady could give me a price on carpet cleaning but not the stretching and re-tacking (had to be done on sight). Ok, she said it could all be done at once, sweet (not). I've used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning in the past and have always liked the service. I stopped using them after I purchased my own carpet cleaner (thinking I would save money). After several uses, I could not match the quality in cleaning that Kiwi provides to my home cleaner. In the end, I spent more money rather than saving. I've learned my lesson and plan to continue using Kiwi services.

The staff is very friendly and always works to give me the best deal they can offer, so the cost fits into my budget. This company has been my go to carpet/tile cleaning for over 10 years now. I love that they give a warranty and they will come back for an entire year at a discounted rate. Their employees are great and I love that they still have customer service as a top priority. I will be a life long customer.

We used Kiwi carpet cleaning services for the first time this fall and we were very impressed. Quick, friendly and professional service left our light colored carpets looking new. With four kids and a large dog that is saying a lot! There one year warranty plan is a great deal too. Thanks Kiwi!!
I have used Kiwi since 2004 and have never been disappointed with the results. Friendly staff and they do a great job. Even on my light colored carpet. I have pets and they have done a good job on spots.
