Started out good but ended badly. I started by searching for carpet cleaners, I saw Kiwi Services which cleaned your carpet and could actually perform repairs. I had some carpet that needed to be stretched and racked back down, great (not). I called to get an estimate, told the lady one the phone exactly what I needed. The lady could give me a price on carpet cleaning but not the stretching and re-tacking (had to be done on sight). Ok, she said it could all be done at once, sweet (not).
