Crooks!!! Took my Cub Cadet rider in for repair. Told receptionist I wanted blades sharpened & new drive belts on. She asked if I wanted a “full service”. I said “No”, as I’d just done oil, filter, air filter,, fuel filter& full lube 3 days before. All I wanted was new belts (they were original & slipping) & sharpening the blades. What I got back was NEW blades as well as new belts, AND a bill for the FULL SERVICE! Now mind you- this mower was starting & running just fine. Not now!!! Not very professional shop, very dirty and unorganized and the staff don't seem to care much for customer service. They are happy, however, to take your money and leave you with a broken product. Yep, that is Kiwi!
Kiwi Lawnmower Buyer beware... the folks here are not very good at fixing mowers, etc. and you will end up with more problems in the end. Steer clear and go someplace professional instead..
June 2019.........Took in Mantis Tiller, was told it could not be fixed that they used a scope and looked inside and it was too wore to be repaired. Took same Mantis Tiller to Joe Sanderson in Toledo and he repaired it! It needed a new carburetor. Kiwi charged me $15 to remove my tiller from their property. Owner was rude as well, Sad! If ANYONE knows me I am the easiest person to work with. Sad!
They solved my problem with a Toro riding lawn mower. Thanks, I am now your customer.

mower and chain saws Mac does not have the authority to work on Columbia lawn Mower engines like he claims He does. Also scraped are tail gate with his lift. Told us it was are fault he works the lift. caused $800 damage. Also got to chain saw chains from him both were wrong. Man does not know what he is doing. Lawn mower has charging issues. He couldn't figure it out. After it being there for 3 weeks. Buyer beware
I have a Homelite Chainsaw tha is over 40 years old that has been in our family. the recoil broke about 14 years ago and Ive taken in to be fixed over and over agian and was told that the part can not be fixed or replaced due to the part is not made anymore. Well I refused to give up and was referred to Kiwi and they owner was like a MacGyver... well he was right it was fixed within a week and started right up...
