I called Kiwi Glass Co. at 8:30pm on a Friday & got a return call from Grant within 5 minutes. The 24 hour "after hours" rates were out of my budget range but he agreed to come have a look at 9am Saturday the next morning at regular prices and after giving him the details over the phone was able to tell me how much the job was going to ding my pocket book. He showed up on time and didn't have the particular glass I needed with him but took the frame out and back to the shop and had it back and reinstalled shortly there after... read more
Great customer service. Grant is extremely knowledgeable.
Excellent experience! Needed a window repaired on an older home window that had been shattered. Frame was needing some TLC, too. Great job! Took the frame, gave it some TLC and replaced the glass. He worked with me on timing and it was definitely affordable.
