Im not surprised with the rating they have, it should be 1 star and if possible no stars. DO NOT GET THEM! AEP IS CHARGING EXTRA FEES BECAUSE OF THEM. I HAVE TO PAY AEP OVER 800 DOLLARS ON TOP OF MY NEW AEP BILL!! I will be writing a review of them on the BBB as well along with any other platform they is on.
