Very disappointed in this company. The technician was late the day he came to clean the water from our carpet. He convinced me I needed to rent their equipment and that it would take 2 days for it to dry and he’d be out with new pad to install and pick up their equipment. The company informed me the day of that he couldn’t make it out that day, then called back to say that he could be here from 2-4 and finally at 5 I called them after no word from anyone only to find out he can’t make it out until the next day.
