If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m writing this review as a warning to others considering buying a car from this dealer. The experience was positive only until I signed the contract. After that, communication and follow-through were extremely poor. I was promised a one-year mechanical breakdown insurance, but it took six weeks, repeated calls, emails, and visits before I finally received the documents. This is probably the best car yard in whole nz. They provided me drinks and food which I’m really thankful for. And gave me the best price Toyota crown in whole auckland. I suggest everyone to come here!!!!
Terrible Terrible People. They are scammers and I don't know how they are still selling cars. My sister bought a car Toyota Corolla 2005 for almost $7000 and did it through finance as she is a student and part timer. She asked for the condition and if theres any problems or anything that she needed to know and was told it works well and no problems at all.
