Online it says it’s open till 530 got here at 5:10 and the doors were locked. You need to update your site to the correct time if you’re going to be closed at 5 PM. Very aggravating
They discriminate here trust me, 4 days trying to do the process, they made it so hard, try to go to other place if you are latino.
I went in today to get an Ohio driver's license as I moved here about a month ago from Florida. I got there at 8:03. There was a significant line already outside the door so I got in line, online. To which I was then served in the next 10 minutes. Was in line outside when I heard my number being served so I walked past everybody to go to my window as directed. The customer service was terrible, all they wanted to do was get off the phone and on the to next without fully helping you.
They won't answer their phone number because they can't collect money for questions you may have.
