We had been using this vet service for many years until recently. We will never use them again. For two reasons. 1.The deposit requirement for those of us who are or had been regular customers for years without payment issues was and is obscene 2. My chi was in pain and dying. I made the horrible decision to put her out of her misery. I called these guys. While my baby was howling in pain they couldn’t get her in until 3 days later. Kivisto Veterinary Clinic has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The entire team is patient, compassionate, and truly cares about the animals they see. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure both the pets and the owners feel comfortable and supported. I’ve never once felt rushed or dismissed, and it’s clear that their priority is always what’s best for the animal. You can tell they love what they do. I’m grateful to have a vet clinic that I can trust wholeheartedly. Highly recommend.

Just called because my dog isn’t moving and was looking for insight and the person on the phone just rudely says, we can’t tell you anything because we have not seen you and we have no openings. Would never take my pet there if you can’t give even some ideas over the phone. Terrible service….
Great vet to take your dogs to. You know they care about your dog because they offer a free 2-week recheck.
