I truly cannot speak highly enough about this community. My mother means everything to our family, and from the directors to the caregivers to every staff member we have encountered, she has been met with genuine warmth, respect, and compassion. Each person has taken the time to know her as an individual, not just a resident, and to care for her in a way that reflects dignity, patience, and sincere kindness. I'M SO BLESSED TO LIVE AT KIVEL. The staff is great and the property is clean and well managed.
My father is a resident here and I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire family staff of heroes 🦸 who helped him through a serious fall. Special thanks to Tammy the social worker liaison. This place is very clean and well cared for. Any problems if reported will be addressed quickly. I love living here. Only downside is parking.
