I went here for an oil change. Soon after I left, the oil light came on. I checked the oil level and it was very low. I had it checked for leaks somewhere else and there was no leak. So, Kiva's added just enough oil to not blow up the motor. Thanks for that , but I didn't get all of the oil I paid for!

I haven't reviewed Kivas' yet? This couple is grand, they both do excellent work on vehicles, they won't try and sell you work that doesn't *need* to be done. Their prices are quite literally unmatched, they don't bill you for hours they didn't spend on your vehicle, and have even sourced cheaper used parts that are in good working order for people in a bind monetarily. They're the kind of people you call "friend," instead of "my mechanic".

I had my mom take her vehicle here for the first time. I called first and explained the issue to the receptionist. I handle all of my mom's affairs because she's getting older. I explained that yearly the a/c needs a half can freon to be cool. After the vehicle was ready, I called to talk to the receptionist again to see what all they had to say. I had my vehicle towed to this business after explaining the problems that I was experiencing with my car to the receptionist. I was told that they could repair it the next day. After three days I was inform that they had replaced the part that I told them that Was bad. I am not a mechanic and did not diagnose my problem. The person that I spoke with on the phone told me what the problem was with my car.
