I traveled from San Diego to Woodland Hills back in May 2025 and purchased my car from Ivan at Kivano. From the start I felt welcomed with respect. He let me test drive the car, he walked me through the buying process it was very easy. I let him know that I have a pre approval from my bank and he was very understanding. Over a year later I have not had any issues with the car it’s running great, only maintenance work! Thank you Ivan and if I need to purchase another vehicle I will definitely go back with him!

I talked with Ivan for a few days before buying my car. He was extremely responsive and worked with me to work out a great deal. His initial email went to my spam folder so if you email him and you don't see a response check your spam folder. He made the buying process very easy and quick. When I picked up the car it was clean and fully charged. I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you want a great deal and to be taken care of like a human not a paycheck.
Excellent customer service, so easy to work with, and very honest and fair. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace from Ivan in great condition at a great price! Ivan even let me take the car for a few hours so my mechanic could inspect it before the purchase was complete. Highly recommend!
