I LOVE THIS PLACE! My second time coming in for a retouch on my lip filler. I was concerned about lip filler blindness, but the professional was honest in letting know with pictures what i was seeing and what was necessary and not. She was honest and help me make an informed decision about what i needed or not for my procedure. I traveled 2 hours to see KIVA Med Spa and it’s always worth it. The customer service is 10/10, the facility is 10/10 (clean and beautiful). I recommend again.

I want to share what an exceptional experience I have had at Kiva. Melissa was so knowledgeable and awesome They offer the most current to date procedures. I have been back numerous times and had microneedling and Botox. Recently I had Morpheus 8. Results were fantastic. I travel from Jacksonville due to the end results achieved. Highly recommend Kiva.
