Worst internet purchasing experience of my life! I recently bought a ceiling fan from Kiva Lighting. They sent the wrong blades, wrong switch, and wrong scroll. When I called to send items back and get correct items, Chad (sales) actually argued with me telling me that these parts fit ALL fans and would not accept them back! They charged me an extra $40 for 60 inch hand carved blades which they don't even make, they charged me $89 for a remote they never sent and charged me $39 for a switch i never received.
