I think our seating was great! The acoustics were great! The service was good! Do have one suggestion: when they are selling the cd's, shirts, etc.have some kind of barriers so that people are in a line, so people aren't cutting in front of other people!
No better venue to see live music....great acoustics and there is not a bad seat in the house.
I like going to see shows at Kiva because of the seatingHerbie Hancock and his band were phenomenal. An improvement that could be made is to move the engineering station out of the back of the audience. It's bright and the men working the lights and sound were loud giving directions to each other. I was running late and was sitting in the handicapped section waiting for a proper moment to take my purchased seat. The empty your purse into a Ziploc bag was pointless, the security was benign. Acoustics had a weird echo.
Great venue but paying $10 for parking was a bit much.
