Prior to last year, I had worked with this company a handful of times for one-off housekeeping services. The service wasn't perfect, but the staff was nice and generally happy to come back to correct any issues. Very professional company. Did an excellent job, paid attention to the little details. Would definitely use them again.
Do not expect this company to show up on time or honor the services you paid for. Do expect them to break your items and not mention it to you, leaving before you find out. We requested and paid for a move out cleaning, but due to an error on their end, they failed to note this request type. After showing up an hour late to the appointment time, we were informed their website was in error, and even though we had filled it out correctly and paid what they billed us for, we were not going to receive the service agreed upon.
