The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever I have needed. Jim in Parts & Service has been a lifesaver whether it's my lawnmower, snowblower or my Stihl tools. He makes sure I get the correct parts. Even when the phone is ringing or customers are stacking up at the counter, Jim is patient with each an every one of us!
